What is a custom order?
A custom order is an item made just for you!
You choose the apparel type, color, size, wording, and/or image. If you already have a design idea — we can bring it to life!
Is there a minimum order?
Nope!
There is no minimum order requirement. Whether you need one shirt or one hundred, we’ve got you covered.
How many mockups will I receive?
Each custom order includes up to 2 mockup design options for you to review and choose from.
Production will begin after final design approval.
What’s included in the base price?
The standard price includes:
• One custom item
• Up to 4 design colors
• One-sided design
• 2 mockup options
What may cost extra?
Additional fees may apply for:
• Two-sided designs
• Photo or image printing
• More than 4 colors
• Sleeve, pocket, or specialty placement
• Large or complex artwork
If you’re unsure, feel free to message us for pricing before ordering.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes!
• Orders of 20+ items may qualify for a small discount
• Orders of 50+ identical items qualify for bulk pricing
Bulk pricing applies to the same design and same apparel style.
Should I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we highly recommend ordering one sample shirt first, especially for large group or event orders.
This helps ensure sizing, color, and print style meet your expectations.
How long does production take?
Turnaround time varies based on order size and design complexity.
Production time begins after design approval.
Estimated timelines will be shared once your order is confirmed.
Can changes be made after approval?
Once a design is approved and production has started, changes cannot be made.
Please review your mockups carefully before approving.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Because all custom items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom apparel.
