Custom Apparel Policy

Triple Jae Designs, LLC offers custom apparel for individual and bulk orders. There are no minimum order requirements and no setup or design fees associated with custom apparel services.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time an invoice is issued or payment is completed.

Custom Orders

A custom order is any product created based on the customer’s requested idea, theme, wording, or design preference.

Because custom apparel is personalized specifically for each customer, customers are encouraged to order a sample item before placing a bulk order. This allows you to evaluate the garment, fit, material, and print appearance before committing to a larger order.

Sample Order Guidelines:

  • Standard custom T-shirt pricing applies.
  • Shipping costs are not included.
  • A 5" × 5" sample design may be requested with a $5.00 fee to cover S&H fees
  • Free samples may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing, depending on current order volume.
  • Sample items may not reflect the exact size or print dimensions that will be used for a full-size/bulk order.

Ordering a sample provides customers with an opportunity to evaluate the garment quality, material, fit, and print appearance before full production. This helps ensure the selected apparel meets your expectations before placing a larger order.

Mock-Up Disclaimer

All mock-ups are computer-generated images used for design visualization only.

Actual product colors and print appearance may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, lighting, fabric textures, and the printing process. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Bulk Orders and Quantity Pricing

Pricing is quantity-based and applies only to identical designs and garments.

  • Orders of 35 or more identical items may qualify for promotional pricing

  • Orders of 50 or more identical items may qualify for bulk discounts

Examples of promotional offers may include percentage discounts or complimentary items based on order size and design complexity.

Customers placing larger quantity orders are encouraged to contact Triple Jae Designs for customized pricing.

Event and Promotional Apparel

A 100% heavy cotton t-shirt option is available for bulk orders. This option is recommended for one-day events, fundraisers, school programs, and promotional use due to its cost-effective nature.

Availability may vary depending on supplier inventory.

Order Approval and Production

Production does not begin until the customer has approved the final mock-up design.

Triple Jae Designs provides two design mock-ups for approval prior to production unless an additional design is purchased.

Once approval is received:

  • Orders are considered final

  • Changes may result in additional fees

  • Production timelines may be extended

Triple Jae Designs is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors that were approved by the customer.
