Refund policy
Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We offer refunds/Exchanges within 48 hours due to any flaws on behalf of Triple Jae Designs. *Please note the item description and sizing chart before making a purchase, as you will not be eligible to return an item due to a sizing mistake on your part.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at triplejaedesigns@gmail.com. We do our best to make sure all of our items are ready to sell, but mistakes do happen. If you see a flaw with your item, please kindly send us a picture and a detailed description of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: Shipping cost are non- refundable. The shipping cost will be deducted from your return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for any custom/personalized items or any sale/clearance items. Please make sure that you leave a detailed description on how you would like your item customized/personalized in the notes section when ordering. Triple Jae Designs is not responsible for spelling errors due to the customer. In addition to the notes section, you are more than welcome to email us, providing any additional personalization request. We will try our hardest to accommodate your specific needs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
