Design Mockups & Designer Fee Policy

Each custom order includes up to two (2) complimentary mockup designs.
If additional mockups or revisions are requested beyond the first two, a designer fee of $20 per hour will apply.

Designer Fee Details

  1. A $20 per hour designer fee applies after two mockups have been provided

  2. Covers additional design time, revisions, layout changes, and re-designs

  3. Design time is calculated based on active working hours

  4. Fee must be paid before additional mockups are created

  5. Designer fees are non-refundable once design work has begun

Design Process

  1. We review your customization details and artwork

  2. Mockup designs are created based on your request

  3. You will receive up to two mockup options for approval

  4. After approval, your item moves into production

  5. Production will not begin until final design approval is received

Customer Artwork Requirements

  1. Clear customization instructions must be provided at checkout

  2. Print-ready artwork required (PNG or PDF preferred)

  3. High-resolution images recommended for best print quality

  4. Artwork is printed exactly as submitted

  5. We do not edit, recreate, enhance, or modify customer-provided artwork unless the customer purchases an additional "Designer Fee Add-On"

  6. All customer-submitted artwork, logos, and images must be provided in print-ready format. Triple Jae Designs, LLC reserves the right to determine whether submitted files meet print-ready standards. If artwork requires editing, resizing, background removal, vectorization, recreation, formatting, or any other preparation to become print-ready, a designer fee will apply beginning at a flat rate of $20.00 for the first hour of design work. Any design time exceeding one (1) hour will be billed at an additional $20.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest billing increment at the discretion of Triple Jae Designs, LLC.

Additional Design Requests

  1. Specialty vinyl (glitter, 3D/puff, metallic, holographic)

  2. Logo or photo designs

  3. Multiple placement designs (front, back, sleeve, etc.)

  4. Complex artwork or color-intensive layouts

  5. Additional fees will be confirmed prior to production

Important Notes

  1. Designer fees are separate from item cost

  2. Fees vary based on design complexity and time required

  3. Custom orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges
