We offer custom T-shirts using the following brands:

• Gildan (Classic Tee) – 100% heavy cotton shirts -available at a discounted price; commonly used for rush orders or by customer request.

Listing price includes:

• 1 customized item

• Text-only design (up to 4 colors)

• Apparel of your choice

"Designer fee add-on"

If a design requires modifications, adjustments, recreation, or preparation of artwork to meet print requirements, a Designer Fee Add-On must be purchased. Designer services begin at a flat rate of $20.00 for the first hour, with additional design time billed at $20.00 per hour thereafter

An initial flat-rate Designer Fee of $20.00 is required and will be collected prior to invoice issuance and before any design services begin. If additional design time is required beyond the initial hour, all additional time will be billed at a rate of $20.00 per hour and will be added to the final invoice balance prior to production or order release.

DTF Printing

All custom items are created using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing.

What is DTF?
DTF is a professional heat-transfer process where designs are printed onto film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. This method allows for vibrant colors, fine detail, durability, and long-lasting wear on most fabric types.

Vinyl Options (Upon Request)

We also offer vinyl heat transfer (HTV) upon request.

What is vinyl?
Vinyl is a specialty material cut and heat-pressed onto the garment, commonly used for bold lettering and specialty finishes.

Specialty vinyl options include:

• Glitter

• 3D / Puff vinyl

• Metallic

• Holographic

Washing & Care Instructions

To keep your design looking its best:

• Turn garment inside out

• Wash cold water only

• Use mild detergent

• No bleach

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

• Do not iron directly on design

• Do not dry clean

Design Process, Mockups & Fees

What we do:

• Review your customization request and artwork

• Create a design layout based on your instructions

• Provide mockup previews for approval before printing

What we need from you:

• Complete customization details at checkout

• Any logos or images emailed to info@triplejaedesigns.com

• Print-ready files (PNG or PDF preferred)

• Clear design instructions (text, colors, placement, etc.)

Designer Fee Details

• $20 fee applies after two mockups have been provided

• Covers additional design time, revisions, layout changes, or re-designs

• Fee must be paid before additional mockups are created

• Fee is non-refundable once design work has begun
