  • Gildan (Classic Tee) – 100% heavy cotton shirts -available at a discounted price; commonly used for rush orders or by customer request.

Customization details may be added at checkout; however, we recommend contacting us prior to ordering.

Listing price includes:

  • 1 customized item

  • Text-only design (up to 4 colors)

  • Apparel of your choice

  • Up to 2 mockup options (if needed) Additional mockups beyond the first two will require a designer fee.

Logos & Photo Designs

For shirts requiring a logo or photo, please select the “Custom Shirt with Photo” listing.

  • Print-ready PNG or PDF only

  • High-quality images recommended

  • We do not edit designs — artwork is printed as received, unless you purchase a "Designer Fee Add-on"

  • DESIGNER FEE ADD-ON: If artwork requires editing, resizing, background removal, vectorization, recreation, formatting, or any other preparation to become print-ready, a designer fee will apply beginning at a flat rate of $20.00 for the first hour of design work. Any design time exceeding one (1) hour will be billed at an additional $20.00 per hour, rounded to the nearest billing increment at the discretion of Triple Jae Designs, LLC.See

Custom Design Info (DTF Printing)

All custom items are created using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing.

What is DTF?
DTF is a professional heat-transfer process where designs are printed onto film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. This method allows for vibrant colors, fine detail, durability, and long-lasting wear on most fabric types.

Vinyl Options (Upon Request)

We also offer vinyl heat transfer (HTV) upon request.

What is vinyl?
Vinyl is a specialty material cut and heat-pressed onto the garment, commonly used for bold lettering and specialty finishes.

Specialty vinyl options include:

  • Glitter

  • 3D / Puff vinyl

  • Metallic

  • Holographic

✨ Specialty vinyl is available by request only and may require additional pricing.

Washing & Care Instructions

To keep your design looking its best:

  • Turn garment inside out

  • Wash cold water only

  • Use mild detergent

  • No bleach

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Do not iron directly on design

  • Do not dry clean

Design Process, Mockups & Fees

What we do:

  • Review your customization request and artwork

  • Create a design layout based on your instructions

  • Provide mockup previews for approval before printing

What we need from you:

  • Complete customization details at checkout

  • Any logos or images emailed to info@triplejaedesigns.com

  • Print-ready files (PNG or PDF preferred)

  • Clear design instructions (text, colors, placement, etc.)

Designer Fee Details

  • $20 fee applies after two mockups have been provided

  • Covers additional design time, revisions, layout changes, or re-designs

  • Fee must be paid before additional mockups are created

  • Fee is non-refundable once design work has begun
